This mansion was a dream home but had a tiny back yard, so we removed the entire back yard and pool and using a system of huge caissons and retaining walls pushed the rear yard out another 52 feet over a 300 foot downslope. This gave us another 9,000 square feet of yard to add an infinity edge pool and spa with 500 feet of new pool deck, an 800 square foot covered outside entertaining area with a slate roof, and anything one would want for entertaining including a huge TV, theatre system, bar, BBQ, slab counters, ceiling heaters and fans, and 1,000s of square feet of patios and walkways. The new perimeter planting provided plenty of privacy from the neighbors and as the customer requested, now they have plenty of perfect grass.
