This 10,000 square foot home was a little too small for my customer so we completed an addition on both ends of the main house. We added three full guest suites upstairs with a 700 square foot playroom downstairs on one end, and a 2,400 square foot addition on the other for a full music room, theatre room and gym. Parts of the main house were remodeled including 7 new air conditioning systems, and both onsite guest houses were also completely remodeled with new kitchens and bathrooms, and the rear yard was upgraded with a new pool and a putting green.
